You'll join WorkWave to sell innovative software and fintech solutions to small Lawn service businesses, driving growth through consultative sales. You'll lead online demos, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage best-in-class tools like Salesforce and 6Sense to exceed quota.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn platform and value for Lawn service businesses with 10-50 employees.
• Lead online demos and manage sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof of concept for prospects.
• Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to manage activity and forecast.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of closing sales experience in SMB markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS SMB AE experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage pipeline proactively.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or SalesLoft.
• Knowledge of field service management industry.
