💼 About This Role

You'll manage daily operations of Mainspring Energy's Linear Generator fleet, including remote troubleshooting and incident resolution. You'll provide high-quality analytics on fleet performance to cross-functional teams and improve reliability. This role offers exposure to service, engineering, and software teams in a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations and remote troubleshooting of Linear Generator fleet
• Provide analytics on fleet availability, performance, and connectivity
• Report on NERC compliance metrics and ensure regulatory adherence
• Identify and communicate opportunities for performance improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Experience building disciplined operations and training processes with documentation
• Strong engineering fundamentals applied to large-scale physical systems
• Experience with system-level engineering analysis and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Python development for automated software tools and processes
• Experience with time-series data and dashboard development
