💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of field service representatives driving QR and Sound Box penetration for Paytm in the Kollam area. You'll own SLA management and logistics to ensure merchant issues are resolved. This role offers a chance to shape service strategy in India's leading mobile payments ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 15-20 field service engineers
• Ensure SLA-driven closure of proactive and reactive merchant issues
• Coordinate forward and reverse logistics between hub and FSEs
• Analyze service data and drive upselling opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree or higher
• 3-5 years of service management experience in DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics
• Local market knowledge of Kollam region
• Inventory management and logistics handling skills
