🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and OSHA
• Execute maintenance objectives with Facilities Technicians
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair timely
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
• Clear and effective communication skills
