Description

As our PPC/SEM Team Lead with an iGaming focus, you'll supervise a team of 3-5 PPC consultants, hold weekly 1-on-1s, and work with the Head of PPC and internal departments to launch new brand activities and plan budget spends. You'll reshape marketing strategies by combining creativity with data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of PPC/SEM experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience with Google Ads, Apple, Microsoft Advertising
• Understanding of paid campaign optimization techniques to improve ROI
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3-5 PPC consultants ensuring productivity and process compliance
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members
• Report status and activity plans to Head of PPC
