🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver behavioral healthcare to patients
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Provide telehealth and in-person sessions

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in NY
• Active and unrestricted license to practice
• Ability to work hybrid (2 days in office)
