You'll develop and implement a corporate-approved orientation program for all employees, focusing on regulatory issues in long-term care and Bethesda's values. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement corporate-approved orientation program

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current RN license in the state you will work
• Minimum five years of recent clinical nursing experience
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months

✨ Nice to Have

• BSN or related baccalaureate in education preferred
• Certified as a CPR instructor highly desirable
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
