💼 About This Role

You'll be the expert bridge between internal campaign execution and brand experience, handling complex client questions while maintaining technical campaign setup skills. You'll ensure a seamless client journey by explaining the "how" and "why" of sampling processes. This hybrid role offers 200 EUR additional pay per month and a LTU holiday schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex operational issues as primary escalation point.
• Translate internal platform workflows for brands in a clear manner.
• Launch or adjust campaigns as volume requires.
• Partner with Account Management, Support, and Engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to master complex internal admin tools and proprietary software.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and digital ticketing systems.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to explain complex workflows.

• Experience in client communication via written and call channels.
• Proven problem-solving ability with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability to pivot between technical setup and high-stakes client communication.
