💼 About This Role

You'll lead rock climbing instruction for female and non-binary campers in an inclusive, encouraging environment. You'll co-instruct weekly sessions, set up top ropes and rappels, and support other camp programs like mountain biking and paddling. This role offers bonuses for relevant certifications and training provided for all core sports.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead rock climbing instruction with a co-instructor for a group of campers
• Set top ropes and releasable rappels without supervision
• Manage gear inventory and conduct daily inspections
• Transport campers using company passenger vans with trailers

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by start of camp
• Personal and/or professional climbing experience required
• Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by start
• Ability to pass a technical skills assessment (for Specialists)

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years of experience working with kids
• Wilderness First Aid or WFR certification
• Single Pitch Instructor certification
