You'll serve as the central link between contract signing and vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customization experience. You'll guide clients in material and technology choices, coordinating with production for flawless execution. This role offers the chance to manage high-end RV projects in a growing Quebec company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage post-signature client files with proactive follow-ups
• Advise clients on customization of materials and technologies
• Transmit client choices to production accurately
• Handle modification requests and mediate between client and production
• Update CRM and maintain traceability of decisions

📋 Requirements

• Project coordination experience in high-end service or sales
• Office 365 proficiency and CRM/management tool experience (e.g., Asana)
• Empathy and diplomacy to handle last-minute requests calmly
• French impeccable and functional English
