💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the performance and reliability of building systems across Allied's portfolio. You'll perform building operations and maintenance duties to ensure properties operate efficiently and safely. You'll collaborate with the Technical Services team to address both planned and unplanned operational needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce service contracts and supervise contractors on site
• Conduct inspections and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Respond to tenant concerns and service requests in a timely manner
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain equipment logs

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in building operations or general maintenance
• 2 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems
• Certificate of Building Environmental Systems (BES I & II) or equivalent
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and building codes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi FM or building management system
• Experience working at heights and using booms or lifts
• Valid driver's license
