💼 About This Role

You'll own organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a growing software consultancy. You'll build the marketing team from scratch, working closely with a Growth Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and leads. This role offers the chance to shape a startup marketing function with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across all platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking.
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.
• Coordinate asset requests with UX/UI designer for social, email, and ad creatives.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth role.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta tags.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of paid media concepts.
