Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, leading a team of up to 70 associates to meet quality, production, and cost goals. This role involves mentoring leads, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of management in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
