You'll lead a store team to achieve productivity goals by analyzing business trends and historical data to drive sales. You'll manage payroll budgets and store expenses to ensure contribution targets are met. This role offers the opportunity to run a BevMo! store and develop local community relationships.

• Plan and execute merchandising direction and sales promotions
• Manage store payroll budgets and controlled expenses
• Coach team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee inventory, vendor deliveries, and stock levels

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail store management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
