You'll coordinate multi-regional data science and engineering workstreams to meet tight delivery milestones. Your core impact is enabling execution without slowing teams by resolving blockers and improving program visibility. This role bridges data science and engineering across LATAM, US, India, and Spain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate 3-4 concurrent workstreams across data science, MLOps, and engineering.
• Align internal data science teams with partner engineering organizations.
• Identify cross-functional blockers and drive proactive resolution.
• Translate technical progress and risks into clear status updates for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of Program Management in Data/AI/Analytics environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-team distributed data initiatives.
• Understanding of Data Science workflows, ML lifecycle, and MLOps concepts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, based in LATAM with US/Mexico hours.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail / CPG or sales transformation (go-to-market analytics).
• Prior exposure to LATAM market operations and cross-regional coordination.
• Experience working with external vendors or consulting teams.
