🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of scalable, reliable platform infrastructure
• Drive deployment and release strategies for safety and speed
• Improve developer experience via CI/CD enhancements
• Establish observability and SRE practices

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Proven ability to design scalable platform systems
• Strong backend experience with Java/Spring or similar
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with containerization (Kubernetes, ECS)
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and deployment strategies
