Description

You will lead the design and implementation of systems and automation that form the development, build, and delivery backbone for Motive's platform. You will create self-service tools, improve developer experience, and mentor engineers while using technologies like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years engineering experience
• B.S. in Engineering or related field
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Tekton, Prow, Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

• Define platform direction and initiatives
• Build automated bootstrapping and delivery pipelines
• Advance self-service engineering technologies
• Improve local development experience and consistency
• Build self-healing infrastructure for fast automated testing
