Requirements

  • 3+ years hospitality management experience (rooms/housekeeping background)
  • Hands-on experience training teams
  • Autonomous project leader comfortable with high speed and autonomy
  • Systems thinker skilled in mapping operational workflows
  • Strong data literacy and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and document operational workflows connecting UK operations with central structures
  • Own onboarding and on-the-job training for UK front-line teams
  • Develop and audit physical standards for the Native by Numa product
  • Monitor quality metrics (NPS, cleanliness, OTA scores) and present trends
  • Audit guest journey and back-of-house setups across UK properties
