You will use your Photoshop expertise to train large language models by challenging them on real-world design scenarios and technical questions, verifying factual accuracy, capturing errors, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering. Your work will help shape the next generation of AI for creative industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or related field
• Strong portfolio and professional experience with Photoshop
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Coursework from platforms like School of Motion, KelbyOne, Domestika, or Udemy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on Photoshop topics like non-destructive editing, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions/automation, and creative effects
• Document failure modes and harden model reasoning
• Converse with the model on real-world design scenarios and technical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and workflow logic
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
