🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve high-load backend services in C# and .NET Core
• Design and implement new features including AI components
• Build and optimize asynchronous processing pipelines with RabbitMQ
• Optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and indexes for performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years C# and .NET development
• 2+ years .NET Core in production
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
• Strong MS SQL Server performance tuning skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or NATS
• Familiarity with observability and production debugging tools
• Fluent Russian language skills
