💼 About This Role

You'll generate leads and appointments for Window Nation at community events, home shows, and festivals in the Detroit metro area. This entry-level, part-time role offers paid training and uncapped commissions, with a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners at events to generate complimentary in-home appointments.
• Set up and break down branded booths and displays.
• Use qualifying scripts to capture leads and address customer questions.
• Adjust sales tactics based on KPI targets and event performance.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 6-8 hours)
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
