💼 About This Role

You'll provide exceptional care and phlebotomy support across multiple One Medical offices, ensuring a fluid patient experience. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and perform lab services, EKGs, and injections. This role offers training to expand clinical skills and grow within a healthcare network backed by Amazon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and non-blood specimen collection
• Handle front desk duties: check-in, insurance verification, scheduling
• Maintain lab inventory, specimen handling, and tool sterilization
• Master technology suite including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and EMR

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of autonomous phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and using multiple software systems

• Certified Phlebotomy License
• Experience with remote teams
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
