Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within an Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are met. This role involves managing facilities, identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and guiding daily huddles to set priorities. You'll also foster team development through feedback and support Continuous Improvement projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees
• Ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is not onsite
• Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency
