You'll resolve production and supplier issues for a defense systems company in Tucson, AZ. You will diagnose hardware failures and drive process improvements to keep builds moving. This onsite role requires a Secret clearance and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge defense technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve production and supplier issues with troubleshooting and corrective actions
• Prepare and present change documentation
• Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation
• Diagnose hardware failures using electronic test equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs

• Familiarity with electrical design, simulation, and measurement tools
