Description

As a Lead Industrial Engineer at Anduril, you will lead a team optimizing manufacturing operations for cutting-edge defense hardware. You'll design production lines, drive KPIs, and deploy best practices to scale innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 8+ years experience in industrial engineering
• Proven ability to scale production in resource-constrained environment
• Proficiency in CAD, Excel, Minitab or similar IE tools
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own strategic projects: design and bring up production lines and factories, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Lead team of Industrial Engineers across multiple products, standardizing tools and processes
• Produce capacity models, production ramp plans, and define labor planning and capex requirements
• Design effective facility layouts using CAD and simulation to optimize resource allocation and material flow
• Identify and champion improvements to reduce production bottlenecks and improve throughput using data-driven approach
