You'll oversee multiple NYC scoop shop locations for Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, working closely with the founding team during a growth phase. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, team development, and profitability. This role offers the chance to shape the guest experience in a high-growth premium brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and assign employee stations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff
• Coach, counsel, and manage performance
• Monitor sales targets and maintain budgets

📋 Requirements

• NYC DOH Food Handlers License required
• 3+ years of food retail management experience preferred
• Prior team management experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
