Description

You will provide excellent customer service at events, greeting VIP guests, assisting with entry, escorting guests, and troubleshooting issues. You'll serve as a concierge for speakeasy clients and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP guests with directional and informational inquiries
• Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and supervisors
• Serve as primary point of contact for speakeasy clients in concierge capacity
• Accommodate guests with disabilities per ADA requirements
• Control access points to prevent unauthorized entries
