Description

You will conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans, while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians. Collaborate with a large team of BCBAs in Hawai'i to provide compassionate, reliable services to clients in the DOE setting.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB
• Hawaii state Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (must be obtained before start)
• Experience in ABA services behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills including technology proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Lead group trainings and supervision sessions
• Uphold BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
