You'll own the in-office experience end-to-end at Replit, a platform for building software with natural language. Your core impact is creating an environment that supports deep work and spontaneous collaboration. This role treats food, snacks, and beverages as a curated product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Curate food and beverage offerings with local vendors
• Plan and execute internal events, team lunches, and offsites
• Manage vendor contracts across food, facilities, and services
• Gather feedback and iterate on workplace experience

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in a startup environment
• Experience in workplace management or hospitality operations
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Experience managing food programs or vendor relationships
