Description
You will own a sales territory exceeding $15M in annual sales, aggressively growing revenue by expanding footprint with existing customers and acquiring new accounts. You'll promote and influence the sale of entire product lines, manage territory through sales calls, action planning, reporting, credit resolution, and technical assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven B2B sales success in building materials, construction, or glazing systems
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed $10M+ annual sales revenue
- Track record of winning new business and expanding share of wallet with existing accounts
- Relentless hunter mindset with strong closing skills and competitive drive
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales planning
Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and solution selling
- Develop and execute territory plans prioritizing high-value opportunities
- Build and maintain robust pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive proposals and close deals
- Track and report performance metrics weekly focusing on pipeline velocity and close rates
