You'll conduct lease negotiations with landowners for oil and gas production in St. Clairsville, OH. You'll research county records to determine ownership and prepare reports for clients. This is a field-based hybrid role supporting a project management team.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in acquisitions and negotiations.
• Juris Doctorate or degree in Energy Management with relevant experience.
• Ability to meet specific daily and weekly deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
