You will use your expertise in German linguistics to train AI language models. You'll challenge models on grammar, syntax, and semantics, documenting errors to improve reasoning. Expect to converse with the model, verify accuracy, and suggest prompt improvements.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or linguistic analysis experience preferred
• High proficiency in German language and linguistics
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Supply own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on German grammar, syntax, case system, word order, and stylistic variation
• Document model failures to improve reasoning
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
