Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ year success in sales, staffing agency or metrics-driven role (preferred)
• Passion for customer service and client-centered mentality
• Career oriented with desire for advancement
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit candidates, understand their needs and qualify them
• Educate candidates on benefits of temporary healthcare career moves
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals
