Sitting between clients and product teams, you'll leverage analytical problem-solving in Excel to tailor solutions that meet financial goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers in configuring and optimizing Highbeam solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to walk through product setup and use.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve features based on feedback.
• Work with customer success, sales, and product for smooth onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in a customer-facing role in fintech, SaaS, or consulting.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Ability to think strategically in financial contexts.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and sales teams.

• Experience in fintech or AI startups.
