💼 About This Role

You'll manage a major US-based client's Formula 1 partnership, focusing on hospitality delivery and partnership management. Acting as the day-to-day contact, you'll ensure seamless execution of programmes and activations across multiple markets, consistently exceeding expectations. This role offers flexibility to be based remotely in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead planning, development, and execution of hospitality programmes and activations.
  • Oversee partnership asset management and contractual deliverable tracking.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and operational delivery of guest hospitality.
  • Guide account team in creative ideas, presentations, and post-event reports.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing premium hospitality or partnership programmes in Formula 1.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Budget management, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight experience.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to lead concurrent workstreams.

  • Experience coordinating on-site event delivery across international markets.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
