💼 About This Role

You'll join the E-2 Propulsion team to define and execute quality methodologies for engine development, ensuring full product traceability and driving continuous improvement. You will support the transition from development to production, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge space technology in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute quality methodologies for product traceability
• Perform hands-on dimensional inspections using mechanical tools
• Collaborate with engineers to review designs and drawings
• Identify and track manufacturing non-conformities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in quality, manufacturing, or responsible engineer role
• Expert knowledge of GD&T, CMM, MSA, AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
• Proficient in Blueprint Reading and First Article Inspection

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Black/Green Belt in Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000/AS9100/NADCAP)
