You'll own the full digital marketing ecosystem, combining strategy with hands-on execution. You'll translate business goals into concrete digital initiatives and optimize performance across channels. As the strategic partner for internal stakeholders, you'll build and strengthen digital marketing operations to drive company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain digital marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market goals.
• Own digital advertising strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.
• Manage the AE website as a central experience, growth, and conversion hub.
• Design and optimize lead scoring, qualification, nurturing flows, and email marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or IT services.
• Experience with digital marketing strategy, marketing automation, paid media, and data-driven optimization.
• Strategic thinker who remains hands-on and takes ownership from execution to results.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English with stakeholder management ability.

• Experience with AI applications in marketing.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Background in IT or tech services sector.
