You'll provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, performing assessments and monitoring conditions. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life in their preferred environment. This role offers flexible scheduling and paid training in advanced care like tracheostomy management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Follow up on and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
