• Define and instrument quality standards for labeling pipelines
• Audit live workflows and trace accuracy failures to root cause
• Bridge quality metrics to model performance with engineering leadership
• Manage quality processes for offshore annotation teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML, data operations, or software engineering
• SQL fluency for direct investigation of anomalies
• Deep experience with ML data pipelines and labeling ecosystems
• Systems-level mindset for structural quality fixes

• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or computer vision
