Description

As an Inventory Manager on the 2nd shift, you will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, lead a team of production associates, and ensure production and quality goals are met. You will train your team on quality control standards and manage repairs and inventory decisions.

Requirements

• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coach, develop, and performance manage team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
