🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the design vision for Life Sciences products
• Lead user research and map client workflows
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior and IC designers
• Build and evangelize design methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing scalable software products with AI/ML core
• Experience or demonstrable interest in Life Sciences sector
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design leadership from ambiguity to delivery
• Professional services or agency environment experience
