Description

You will manage user access and ensure internal IT systems (OKTA, Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence) run smoothly and securely. You'll support compliance initiatives like ISO27001 and SOC2 certifications as part of a globally distributed team.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of JIRA administration including workflow configuration and automation.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (OKTA) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and compliance principles (ISO27001, SOC2).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with effective communication in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced configuration and optimisation of Jira projects, workflows, and Confluence environments.
• Administer user permissions and authentication for OKTA and Google Workspace.
• Oversee hardware and software asset management using MDM tools like Jamf Pro.
• Provide end-to-end maintenance for ~80 IT systems and act as primary point for technical issue resolution.
• Support implementation of ISO27001 and SOC2 frameworks and collaborate on audits.
