You'll define and scale a global partner ecosystem that drives enterprise growth and customer success. You'll lead the transformation of partner infrastructure into a best-in-class scalable program, directly influencing revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role blending strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define end-to-end global partner strategy including lifecycle design.
- Build and scale multi-track partner programs covering all partner types.
- Design partner enablement, certification frameworks, and tiering models.
- Own partner portal development including deal registration and analytics.
- Establish incentive structures such as referral programs and MDF budgets.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in partner programs or channel operations in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success building global partner ecosystems with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of partner economics and financial modeling.
- Experience with RevOps and partner technology stacks (CRM, PRM, analytics).
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with FP&A, EPM, or business intelligence markets.
- MBA preferred.
- Cross-functional leadership experience across global teams.
