Description

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will develop and execute recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers across emerging industries like Cannabis, Life Sciences, Technology, and Digital Assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in professional services
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, time management, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Hire full-time candidates: screen applicants, manage interviews, and oversee offer process
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies including competitive intelligence and candidate pipeline development
• Drive and manage recruiting pipeline and report results to leadership
• Collaborate with hiring managers and firm leadership to determine hiring strategy for designated offices and service lines
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team and other HR functions to execute consistent strategy
