You'll own the full sales cycle for provider acquisition in the New Jersey market. Your core impact is driving adoption of a tech-powered family care platform to help family caregivers get paid. This ground-floor role offers the chance to build a territory from scratch within a rapidly scaling mission-driven startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to provider commitment
- Engage physicians and administrators to drive adoption
- Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately
- Execute targeted outbound strategies within assigned territory
๐ Requirements
- 1-5 years in a sales or business development role with quota responsibility
- Intellectual curiosity: ability to learn healthcare terminology quickly
- Operational rigor: disciplined CRM usage and self-accountability
- Reside in New Jersey area with valid driver's license
