🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise accounts as strategic business partner
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and reduce churn
• Lead onboarding, integration, and ROI analysis
• Conduct business reviews and drive renewals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise customer success management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to manage revenue KPIs (renewal, upsell, NRR, churn)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
