💼 About This Role

You'll lead portfolio-level site acquisition and executive-level partnership negotiations for Zipline's drone delivery network. You'll own the end-to-end deal process, converting relationships with retailers, REITs, and developers into signed, buildable sites. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on scaling global logistics infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and convert a portfolio-level pipeline via executive relationships with REITs, retailers, and developers.
  • Negotiate master terms and standardized agreements for multi-site pipelines.
  • Track and forecast deal activity in CRM; report weekly on conversion and blockers.
  • Represent Zipline at industry events to generate repeatable deal flow.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of site acquisition or real estate dealmaking with portfolio owners or national developers.
  • Proven ability to source and close deals end-to-end, including executive-level negotiations.
  • Experience driving LOI to definitive agreement execution with sophisticated counterparties.
  • Working knowledge of early feasibility considerations (zoning, land-use, permitting).

  • Deep network across retail real estate decision-makers.
  • Experience in regulated or infrastructure-heavy environments (aviation, EV charging, telecom).
