💼 About This Role

You'll partner with a product-growth team to run high-leverage experiments for Scribe's 5M+ users, owning initiatives end-to-end from ideation to analysis. Your work will directly move company-level metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and pricing. This role offers the chance to reimagine core product interactions and ship multiple experiments each week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own growth experiments end-to-end from ideation to analysis
• Partner with Product and Design to scope and ship experiments
• Analyze experiment data and iterate quickly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights into shipped features

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience across both frontend and backend
• Proven track record in the Build–Measure–Learn loop
• Comfortable with Django, React (Next.js/TypeScript), Mixpanel

• 3+ years of product growth team experience
• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience working in Martech
