In this field-based role, you'll expand ClassPass's merchant network by acquiring and onboarding local fitness and wellness businesses. You'll own the full sales cycle through in-person meetings, events, and digital touchpoints, with 70-80% travel to build relationships and drive growth.

- Driven and energized by field sales and in-person customer interactions
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 70-80% within assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Build and grow merchant network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses
- Lead with field-first approach: daily visits to prospects, local events, community outreach
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close using in-person, phone, email, virtual touchpoints
- Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently
