You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, designing and optimizing AI/ML solutions on large-scale GPU cloud environments. Your work will directly influence customer success, product evolution, and the future of AI infrastructure. This remote-first role offers high autonomy and collaboration across sales, product, and engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers on AI/ML workloads.
• Guide customers in designing scalable architectures for ML training and inference.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and support presentations.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align capabilities with client needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architect, TAM, or similar cloud/AI/ML role.
• Strong expertise in GPU computing and ML training/inference workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud-native architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed AI/ML systems or HPC orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or NVIDIA ecosystems.
• Experience with deep learning technologies.
